Home Care Solutions was founded by Colleen and Anthony Rosalia. Colleen is a Physician Assistant who practiced Family Medicine for many years. Anthony is also a Physician Assistant who practiced Emergency Medicine for many years. While practicing, they encountered many patients, especially seniors, who struggled with activities of daily living, and who were unable to completely care for themselves.
