Home Care Solutions was founded by Colleen and Anthony Rosalia. Colleen is a Physician Assistant who practiced Family Medicine for many years. Anthony is also a Physician Assistant who practiced Emergency Medicine for many years. While practicing, they encountered many patients, especially seniors, who struggled with activities of daily living, and who were unable to completely care for themselves. They realized that with a little help, most of these patients could live independent, fulfilled lives in the comfort of their own homes. They knew and understood the difficult challenges patients and their families faced. They started Home Care Solutions to meet these daily challenges, and to be a reliable, supportive resource for patients and their families.

Protecting Our Clients
All of our caregiver staff members are insured and covered by Worker’s Compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.
Families choose Home Care Solutions for different reasons. For some, it’s to provide extensive ongoing care for an aging senior. For others, we offer a much needed break or “respite care”, such as a night out with a spouse, vacation, or simply a few hours of quiet time at home for family members who provide regular care. Since we understand that everyone deserves to live a fill and independent life, we offer a wide range of care services customized for an individual client. Whether it’s for just a few hours a week, or more extensive care, we work closely with your family to create a program that provides a perfect balance of service and value. Highly qualified personal caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Caregiving services are provided in the safety and comfort of your own home or in a location of your choosing, such as an assisted living facility.
