What sets Home Care Solutions apart from other home healthcare providers?

Our owners, Colleen and Anthony Rosalia are both Physician Assistants who are very involved in all operations of the program, and are committed to providing the highest quality service. We are unique in that we work to create customized care plans that can help improve disease management for an individual, which can improve a person’s general well being in addition to bringing a sense of independence into their lives. After a comprehensive care plan is established, our clients are consistently monitored to ensure they are satisfied with their care, and getting the support they need. Our staff is available around-the-clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are results driven, meaning we strongly believe in objective information to make the best decisions possible. This ranges from collecting data on someone’s safety to measuring customer satisfaction during and after services.

How long is the wait time for services?

Home Care Solutions caregivers are generally available to start within 24 hours.

Is there a charge for initial assessments for Caregiver services?

We offer free consultations and home safety evaluations at the start of your program and routinely thereafter based on a client’s needs.

Do I pay anything up front?

A deposit equal to one week’s fee is collected once a care plan is established.

How often do I get billed?

The billing cycle is weekly.

Who pays for Home Care Solutions services?

Funding is from private pay, Mediciad, and Long Term Care insurance. We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment.

What if I don’t like my caregiver?

Satisfaction of our customers is our primary concern. We will always be available for any problems or concerns, and we will work with you to find a caregiver that meets your needs.

Is there a fee if I cancel services?

There is no cancellation fee. We do ask clients to try and inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shift.
