Think of this service as an extension of your family to drop in and make sure your loved one is safe, happy and thriving. Our Senior Care specialists provide a 30-60 minute scheduled visit to seniors in their private home, assisted living or nursing facility. During the well being visit our specialist inconspicuously performs a full non medical well being assessment which includes Senior observations, Safety, Comfort, Cleanliness, Maintenance, elder abuse assessment, Caregiver Observations / and Staff Observations. Our specialist will also provide positive companionship to help brighten your loved one’s day.
They can come as little or as often as you would like. After the initial assessment each visit will be customized to accommodate the senior’s need. They will spend time getting to know your loved one and doing everything they can to brighten your loved one’s day.
After each visit our specialists will send the person requesting the visit a report on their findings. Many of our Senior Care Specialist’s are medical professionals with backgrounds in geriatrics. When you choose to use our senior care specialists you will have access to Home Care Solutions full staff for advice and guidance.
Most people who request these visits for a loved one are:
